DealPen’s Purpose: Improve Access to Money in Business
Digital media and online tools are leveling the playing field in Corporate Finance and we educate people how to leverage these tools to directly access capital and dealflow.
DealPen takes an independent approach to advising clients on the preparation and execution of partnerships, acquisitions and capital formation. DealPen was inspired by a bullpen, where highly-trained professional athletes warm-up and take advice from coaches prior to entering every game.
DealPen enhances the the capital markets experience by providing products and support services that increase access to capital and growth opportunities.
We are Corporate Development Consultants and Independent Advisors to capital markets transactions.
